Christmas Lights Cookie

Christmas Lights Cookie! My inspiration for these cookies came from a Disney snow globe. My son loved Disney characters as a child — this Mickey & Pluto snow globe has been a part of our holidays since he was a little boy (sheesh, I’m old 🀫😩).

Notice the decoration on the bottom of the snow globe…Christmas lights : ) I’ve mentioned in past blogs, baking comes natural but decorative baking decor’ is a challenge. Wondering if I could manage piping the colorful bulbs… immediately googled holiday light cookies and came across mini M&M’s as the lights. Brilliant!

I’m officially done baking cookies for the year! Not baking…just cookies. Lol. I’m still learning about photography and the camera. This shot was my absolute favorite! Typically focused on the food, I captured the snow falling and the bright Christmassy colors. Below is the sugar cookie recipe and the decorative cookie. β€οΈπŸ˜ŠπŸ’šπŸ˜€ #cookiedecorating #bakersgonnabake
