Sweet cornbread! Honey, butter or both? Fluffy, slightly sweet & dangerously good with melted butter or drizzled honey on top : ) A perfect side for holiday meals or barbecues. My Grandmom was a southern lady who loved her some cornbread.
I’ve made several cornbread recipes over the years — this particular recipe includes honey. Love it! Bake as muffins or in a cast iron skillet. Delicious!
Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving is approaching fast. Sarcastically speaking, I’d like to know whose bright idea it was to arrange the holidays one month apart? Lol. My sister and I use to host Thanksgiving with our family. The preparation was both exhausting and fun. Our family wasn’t picture perfect — we would laugh hard, argue and eat. In the mist of all the hustle & bustle, try to make the best of it and remember to be grateful! 𧑠π¦π«π #gobbletilyouwobble #gratitude #enjoylittlethings
